1st floor: Registration, Patient Waiting Area, Diagnostics, Imaging, Cardiology, Cardiovascular Center, FHN Foundation, Administration, Learning Center, Gift Shop, Chapel, Pain Clinic, Emergency Room, and 1 West – Diabetes Education and Rehabilitation Services
2nd floor: 2 North, 2 West and 2 South – Patient Rooms
3rd floor: 3 North – Patient Rooms, 3 West – Sleep Lab and GI Lab Check-in, 3 East – Patient Rooms
4th floor: FHN Family Birthing Center, 4 West – Telemetry/Intensive Care Unit
5th floor: 5 North – Ambulatory Surgery Center, 5 West – GI Lab and GI Waiting Room, Retinal Center, Surgery and Surgical Waiting Room
Lower level: Cafeteria, Food & Beverage Vending Machines, Materials Management, and Globe / Deaconess & Memorial Conference Rooms

Looking for a place to park? We have free parking available in the north parking lot, accessed from Stephenson Street. You can also park in the area off of the atrium (east) and Emergency Department entrances accessible from Whistler and Lincoln Streets.
